REINDAHL SOCCER FIELDS
In 2000, Keva approached the City of Madison about helping create
eastside outdoor soccer fields. With tight budgets the city couldn’t
dedicate resources, but did have some undeveloped land it was willing
to commit to such a project. From a partnership with the city and
Keva came Reindahl Soccer Fields. These empty fields represented
an opportunity to add four much-needed adult fields to the greater
community. The City of Madison agreed to let Keva renovate the fields,
which involved taking care of the grading, seeding, setting of the
lines and replacing of goals. The project was completed in 2001,
and now offers a premiere outdoor playing facility, enjoyed by over
200 teams and 3,600 players annually. The fields are also used for
tournaments and ethnic festivals with Keva accepting ongoing care
taking responsibilities.
